My thoughts and feelings are simple,
The SEC has crossed over the line by violatiog the McCarren
Ferguson Act that congress had approved many years ago leaving the individual States of the United States to self govern the insurance industry and in know way would it be interfeared with accept by congress itself. The SEC who has the responsibility to govern the securities industry has failed in that responsibility by allowing an indipendent non government agency formerly the NASD who holds no license for insurance in any state and on numerous occasions has violated the laws of those states. The SEC was set up to govern the securities industry and not the Insurance industry. By what act of congress were you authorized to interfear with the business of the Insurance industry. Apparently Mr. Cox has over steped his authority and should withdraw rule 151a or resign.
There will be no documents at this time.
