Dear Sir or Madam,
Please as a registered Rep I urge you not to accept Rule 151a. The last thing we need is for greedy broker dealers to push us and pressure us into churning annuities like they have done once the Variable Annuity came into existence. Look at the abuse of the Variable Annuity Business!! Look at all the new regulations. Need I say more? Why give these Broker dealers and Wire Houses another source of abuse? Please vote NO!!
