Need a rule to not allow bonuses for any management as long as there are cut backs and layoffs. Also, no stock options unless they are provided for all employees in the company-including contract workers.
There should be a way to monitor the abuse of employees having to work long hours just to avoid the threat of a layoff. There is abuse.
Look at Germany-they mange companies, employment and working conditions and beat the US. Thank you for this opportunity.
