Anyone doing business in USA should comply with the same laws and regulations as we must. Therefore, permitting foreigners using foreign (international) standards to avoid or evade US law is failing to give us equal protection of the law-a requirement of our Constitution. To put it a different way: it would give foreigners license to evade US law.
