I’m writing because I feel that Wall St pay practices (an indeed any large company with an major impact on the economy) should DEFINITELY be changed. Outrageous is the only word to describe these payouts and bonuses, often paid even as a company does poorly!! Middle America has worked hard and taken the brunt of this economic crises caused by Wall St since 2008 or earlier.  I see people in my job everyday who have lost theiir jobs, unemployment runs out and they to choose between food, gas or medicine.

Bonuses, payouts, and executive salaries ALL should be tied to: 1) How well the company does over the LONG TERM not just next week or next month! 2) Limited to a certain % of the average worker's salary/bonus. The Greed of these executives has become OBSCENE. No one person can possibly "earn" or be worth that much money. Call it socialism if you will, i Call it FAIR, and it needs to be regulated.
