Dear Sirs,
I am only a small investor, as are many Americans, and I have been affected by the naked short selling by large investors. Please require EVERYONE involved to settle trades, deliver shares, and loan them out, one for one, as required by law. Even the playing field so the American dream of investing for a better life is made possible for the rest of us.
