I would like to see greater restrictions placed on short selling of stocks. I have been an investor in many stocks and they are constantly being placed on the naked short selling restricted list. In particular Jones Soda (JSDA). This is simply illegal and brokerages that enable this sort of activity should be harshly penalized.
I don't expect much action, but I will put pressure on my elected representatives to see that you go about enforcing the laws more aggressively.
