We should act on the naked short selling ASAP.
If we don't act right away then the samll cap companies that are listed
1)Will become a penny stock
2)Will fall into a Vicious Cycle("Death Spiral")
-- Customers of the company shun firms("out of business")
-- Capital Markets shun firm
-- Firm cannot recover
3)Product and Technologies are lost
-- (The next Microsoft or Genentech?)
4)Shareholders value is destroyed.
5)Jobs disappear.
6)Miscreant keeps their cash and .... likely pays no tax.
Please act now and stop the naked short selling.
