To SEC.,
I understand that you are again soliciting comments
from the public on the "grandfather clause". What I find
difficult to understand is why a governmental enity whose
sole objective is to protect the public stockholders
would even entertain the possibility to allow thieves to
keep their gains under the pretex of a grandfather clause.
Why give these criminals the lattitude to rob the people
and then let them keep their illgotten gaines.
Please explain how this helps protect the public shareholders which is the main reason for the SEC to exist
