Amendments to Regulation SHO
Please repeal the Grandfather Clause. Hardworking Americans invest their money expecting a fair chance to a return on their investment. Reg SHO and the Grandfather Clause essentially allow the Broker Dealers/Market Makers to counterfeit and steal with no fear of recrimination.
Let's have a day of amnesty for all bank-robbers Their violation of the American people would pale in comparison to the blatent theft allowed by the Grandfather Clause
