When are you going to stand up and do what is right for all of these companies and their shareholders? The SEC is the regulatory body that is supposed to watch over unfair/corrupt practices, and yet, you let something so wrong go unchecked while hedgefunds and MMs and brokers rape the public.

I have lost alot of money in this scam, and you people need to take a look at what is happening to the structure and integrity of the market. This is wrong, and it is nothing short of treason to let these guys get away with FTD's and then drive down hundreds to thousands of companies into the ground.

I have watched this go on for years now. I have personally seen a hundred or so stocks get driven down 60-70-80-90 percent, to never recover. This is unfair. How do you expect small business to make it in this climate? If you leave this provision in place, you are responsible for letting these crooks steal investors' money and ruin many businesses in the process.

I feel like someone opened my Ameritrade account and stole my money out of it. In early 2003, I had over $10,000 in there, and had no problem trading small cap stocks prior to that. And that is when naked shorting really took off, in my opinion. Stocks just started plunging for no apparent reason, and internet bashers came out of the woodwork to make investors lose confidence and sell off. People who know what has been perpetrated in this market are going to continue to make noise until you get off your collective asses, and quit letting these crooks steal our money. I personally will never invest in the market again unless something is done about this mess. Clean it up
