I implore you the SEC to start doing your job by protecting the common investor. It's as simple as that. I did not make that statement lightly. It is based on four years of watching your actions and more importantly your inactions.

My understanding is your main responsibility is to protect shareholders. I have watched your attitude change over the last four years in regards to Fails to Deliver i.e.) naked short sales. The SEC has gone from NSS does not exist to it is impossible to NSS a penny stock to we recognize something needs to be done to reg SHO will fix it to reg SHO isn't working to we need to grandfather the broker dealers who have allowed this theft to occur to we are getting to much flack so we will repeal it to we need comments to we received 500 comments but we had 3 out of those that don't want it repealed to we need more comments
I say enough is enough.

You may think we are not paying attention, but I can assure you we are ten's of thousands strong and will only get stronger. It's about time that you are held responsible in your job the same as we are all held accountable in ours.

Please prove us wrong by doing the right thing. The only analogy I can think of is, you want to forgive everyone that robbed a bank yesterday but you are willing to arrest those who will rob a bank tomorrow. It is beyond time for you to do what you know is right. I promise you, doing the right thing, is always the best choice in the end.
