The grandfather clause is a felony and goes against the Constitution of the United States of America. 5th amendment.
There is no statutory basis for this illegal regulation. Accordingly, since there is no valid argument to keep the grumpy clause; why are we having a thirty day comment period from the date of publication in the Federal Register?
