I am really irked by the Grandfather Clause for stocks.
This naked short selling has gone on far to long and needs to be STOPPED. No IF's, AND's or BUT's.
I am a stockholder who has lost all credibility in the SEC.
The SEC needs to stand up to the plate and take their lumps now and get this market mess cleaned up.
It has been over two years since regulation SHO has been in effect and nobody is doing anything to clean up this mess of Naked Shorting. Every day that this goes on, you are aiding and abetting this illegal practice.....
The need to do away with the Grandfather Clause is immediate. We are talking about the future of our nation.
Open your eyes and DO THE RIGHT THING...........NOW
