Subject: Repeal 203(b)(3)(1) Grandfather clause

January 3, 2007

With all due respect I personally feel that the grandfather clause is like letting counterfeiter get away with thievery.

I have heard some sate that it is not really that big of a problem. You should ask the CEOs, employees and shareholders of the companies affected. Their view would be much different.

If grandfathering fails to deliver is not a real big deal then why do it in the first place?

Do the right thing. Repeal 203(b)(3)(1) Grandfather clause.
