I don't know why we bother submitting comments to the SEC.
The Commissioners could care less about small investors, or protecting our markets.
It's a matter of "Looking Busy", while pushing issues from one side of their desk to the other, never acting on anything of real importance.
I wonder how many of the Commissioners have lucrative jobs waiting for them with a hedge fund or law firm, after they leave the SEC..?
My bet is - - - All of them...
