Hello,
Comment on Regualtion show amendments.
I find it rather bothering that any sales or stocks are not settled. How can the commission allow non-settlement.
Regulation show still is not enforced as it was written. Settlement of short / naked short sales should take place in a timely manner. Never should a stock purchase / sale not be settled.
I believe this amendment is a good thing but will it be enforced.
