Regulation SHO is not only a joke, it is a shame to the
SEC to allow the greedy thiefs that steal money from the shareholders, filling there own pocket,avoiding paying incometax all with the consent and also help of the SEC. And now trying to grandfather and sweep it under the rug.I just hope you people at the SEC will for once go by the Law and do what you are paid for and that i understand is protecting the shareholders not the crooks.
