It is time for the SEC to correct the situation that has robbed thousands of American investors of their hard earned investment dollars. Do the right thing and ABOLISH NAKED SHORTING. Rescind the Grandfather clause, immediately. It is imparitive that this be done so that we, as investors in the American stock market, can have confidence that our regulatory agencies will fulfill their obligations to propect our investments.
