Dear Ms. Shapiro:
I support the SEC as it relates to the initiation of a Large Trader Reporting System. The current trading system is being manipulated by large "Quant" funds managed by Hedge funds.
The average investor does not stand a chance against these Quant funds and this new reporting system would ensure that Hedge funds think twice before they engage in any questionable trades.
