I just wanted to email you in support of this rule.
The current system is so heavily biased in favor of current managment that a change is needed.
I had to laugh at the comments published August 26 in the Wall St. Journal from some major corporations opposing the rule.
Please enact this change--but also monitor its consequences and be prepared to make "course corrections."
