Anything, anything you can do to let more sunshine into the board rooms would be a huge change.
Average investors are at almost a total loss in reference to helping themselves relative to the votes and perks connected to publicly traded corporations. The boards and executives do not own the companies-they are employees.
Make it easier for us to affect the decisions made at the upper levels of management.
