Dear Ms. Mary Jo White, My name is Daniel Berman and I am a recent graduate of UCSD and enjoy the startup scene. I noticed that there has been talk about equity crowd funding and that the SEC is due to release information that is has been delaying since 2012 when Congress voted on the JOBS Act. I am an interested investor however I am unaccredited and want to participate in funding the startups that are pushing educational reform, economical stimuli, and clean tech.
