Good Evening Ms. Mary Jo White, My partners and I are developing an app to provide a new, innovative fundraising approach for charities. We have had a lot of internal conversations about raising capital and we have thought about equity crowdfunding with our friends, family, and even our network on social media. We have seen the power of Kickstarter and know that we have a network that would support us however we do not know the clear rules of Title III equity crowdfunding. We know that given funding, we would hire at least three more people to help us scale this business. But at this point, we need more information but the SEC has not provided much since 2012.
