Good Morning Ms. Mary Jo White,
I’m Dave! I believe in hackathons. I believe that there is a community to capitalize on today. This is the community that likes to fund itself and among the individuals in this community!
I believe in hackers – the individuals that sit up all night working on their craft and making technologies that disrupt economies. My startup, HackMatch matches hackers to companies that need the engineering talent. I am looking to expand and want to have my early evangelists help in financing. I noticed that the rules of Title III equity crowdfunding for non-accredited investors are not set in stone.
I am writing this to you so that you can meet with your team to decide on the matter. Please vote to finalize Title III so that founders like myself can reach out to my network and seek funding. I want to give more developers jobs. I would hire at least 5 more people with the funding and would push to create a student program at every school.
