Dear Ms. Mary Jo White, I am the founder of Blah Labs! We're a two-way localized market for food creation and delivery. We guarantee food in your hands in under 10 minutes. People can create their own "micro-kitchen" and serve their creations to people nearby. I am interested in growing my business and took interest in Title III equity crowdfunding. I would expand to more developers on my team and help teach the community about sustainable food! I am writing to ask you to finalize the Title III rules because I, as a founder, do not know who to approach with the current unclear rules. I want to approach my friends, family, and even social media following to help fund my business one day but that opportunity is not available because there has been no vote!
