Good Evening Ms. Mary Jo White,
I am Megh Vakharia and I cofounded Canary, which is a mobile marijuana delivery app. We have been successful in generating hype in Colorado and Washington and now we want to raise capital. We have heard about equity crowdfunding and are interested in more information however when we try to find them, we cannot find anything since 2012.
We would love to expand to more developers given the funding, hiring at least 4 more! We want to give more developers jobs as this is a growing industry in various states and we make great software. Thus we are urging you to vote on Title III and publish the rules to the SEC!
