Good Evening Ms. Mary Jo White,
I have been reading a lot of literature about equity crowdfunding and I have not been able to find the specific rules regarding title III. I am an interested potential investor giving you the specifications of the non-accredited investors. I want to receive more information but cannot find any reliable resources. Would you and your colleagues be able to make a decision on title III so that I may invest in companies? I am looking forward to those that have a very disruptive mission. I'm looking to invest in companies that have humanitarian values and companies that are disrupting education.
