Good Evening Ms. Mary Jo White,
My name is Ian and I'm interested in pushing the start ups that are disrupting the following industries biotech and manufacturing. I've always been interested in equity crowdfunding but I've noticed that there has been no literature publish since the year 2012. Now that it is the year 2014 I want to get more information about how I can seek investment in this type of manner. I want to approach my social network and my close peers but I do not know another information to make an educated decision. I requested you and your colleagues vote on finalizing the title three rules so that I may make the right decision.
