I’m Waj and I’m a hackathon hacker and software developer! I love to build technology but I’m at an age in which I also want to fund technology!
I have become very fond of the idea of equity crowdfunding but noticed that I may not qualify for what it means to be an “accredited investor”. I also realized that the SEC does not have final rules about Title III.
I am writing to urge you to vote on the final rules for Title III so that I may be able to invest in some of the startups in the clean tech space!
