Hi Ms. Mary Jo White,
My name is Hilal and I have been pushing my startup community in Illinois for a few years! I believe that there is a lot of talent in the Midwest that deserves to have the opportunity for this new type of equity crowdfunding that was promised by the JOBS Act in 2012. There has not been any information published about Title III and I want more information from the SEC.
Can you please vote on these new rules? That way, I can invest in companies that are making a difference in computer science education!
