Ms. Mary Jo White,
I am Kel Saborouh and I am interested in becoming an investor under Title III equity crowdfunding rules! I believe in a future in which people can invest in companies and help them grow without the distinction of being accredited or not. I would like the opportunity to invest in mobile technology and help fund some of the entrepreneurs I know! I don’t see concrete rules published from SEC.
