My name is Bryan and I am the Co-Founder of Food2Fork LLC. Our company applies algorithms and technology in the recipe space to make finding great recipes you can make right now as easy as possible! We are looking to bring on at least two more team members to our California-based company and expand to having a program for students; however, though we are interested in financing, we are unable to find concrete information about Title III equity crowdfunding. We have non-accredited investors that are interested in pushing our business! The latest information is from 2012 from the JOBS Act passed by Congress.
