Hi Ms. Mary Jo White I am the founder of Shnack and we're building the next generation of tools for restaurant owners to manage and interact with technology and apps. We are looking to raise capital soon and want to expand to hire more developer and scale on multiple campuses. However to do this, we were considering title III equity crowdfunding. But we noticed there is not adequate information about the rules. I am curious if you are going to publish rules soon! Please vote on these final rules for title III!
