Good Morning Ms. Mary Jo White,
I’m Shrav and I am an avid developer, startup entrepreneur, and tech-enthusiast. I have seen many growth companies pop up in my community and I would like the chance to make a difference by helping them grow! I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz recently about equity crowdfunding for non-accredited investors, and I took a ton of interest. However, I’m unable to find any legitimate sources for Title III rules. I am urging you to please vote to finalize the rules and publish them with the SEC so that I can begin investing and supporting my community here in San Francisco!
