Good Morning Ms. Mary Jo White,
My name is Anthony and I am a proponent of Title III equity crowdfunding and I am interested in more information about the final rules about investing if you are not an accredited investor. I am highly interested in investing in hardware companies and those solve problems in the energy space.
I noticed that there have not been any published guidelines as was mentioned in 2012 by the JOBS Act.
Please vote to finalize the Title III rules so that I can help invest in my community of startup entrepreneurs that are looking to change the world!
