Hi Ms. Mary Jo White,
My name is Kevin and I want to invest in startups! I have dabbled with Kickstarter and indiegogo but I want something more! I want to benefit from the value I am giving the companies that I invest in! However I am an unaccredited investor and the rules for Title III equity crowd funding have not been finalized.
I am writing to urge you to make a decision on the Title III rules so that I can think about investing in companies! I am very interested in clean energy, enviro-tech, and new educational startups. There hasn’t been clear information since 2012.
Please help. Please vote on this.
