Hello Ms. Mary Jo White, I am Justin Boogaard and I founded Ark Broadcasting which is an outdoor community discovery platform. I have seen so much clout on social media about Title III equity crowd funding and then tried to do the research myself but could not find enough information to know how to handle non-accredited investors.
