Dear Ms. Mary Jo White,
I am Jon Khaykin and I am an entrepreneur who is also interested in Title III equity crowd funding. I have not been able to find any information about the rules for non-accredited investors. I am interested in investing in clean tech, energy companies, and startups that disrupt the education system! I have been following what has been happening since 2012 when the JOBS Act passed through Congress!
I want to be able to benefit from investing in these companies and would like you and your colleagues to speedily vote on Title III so that I can have accurate information!
