September 25, 2014 Good Evening Ms. Mary Jo White, My name is Benjamin Waldow and I am a traveling artist who is also interested in equity crowd funding because I see the passion that many entrepreneurs have for their work. I find that entrepreneurs are the starving artists of today’s era! I have not been able to find accurate information about Title III rules since 2012 was the last publication of anything. The JOB Act promised rules that would be clear for non-accredited investors and so I am writing to encourage you to vote on the final rules of Title III so that I can understand. I am very interested in funding projects that tackle social media, design, music, and visual art! I want to help fund those that are inspiring others and Title III would help promote our economy!
