Dear Ms. Mary Jo White:

Our company is called Engineering Expectations (Engx.co), essentially its an umbrella startup, in that we work in different sectors, with the single mission of cultivating the best problem solves, to create the best solutions. Education, consumer, tech, social, if they have problems that need to be solved we may be there. We focus on two avenues, developing internal products to solve problems, and consultant / contractor work to help other startups / companies solve their problems.

We have 4 cofounders and 12 people on the team in total. We are taking the next few years is to grow our portfolio of consulting, and internal products.  We are interested in equity crowdfunding however we are not sure about the status of investors under Title III. This is something we would be interested in exploring however the rules have not been finalized! If we could raise the funds with Title III, we would revamp our internal products, push out solutions left and right, involve the community in the solutions that they need to the problems that many people have, and hire people who fit the mold of "You're not a problem solver because you're an engineer, you're an engineer because you're a problem solver" People from all disciplines and backgrounds, as long as they are focused on making the best solutions.

We are trying to grow and Title III could help! Can you please vote to finalize the Title III rules!

Thank you!
Cheers,
David Coven
