Hi Ms. Mary Jo White,
I am Henry, an avid software engineer and entrepreneur. I have a startup called Confessions.fm, which is a website that has become a portal for confessions and secrets for people around the world!
My startup would be interested in participating in equity crowdfunding however we do not know how to approach our friends and family for funding because they are not accredited investors! But they all want to help! We haven’t been able to find complete information regarding this subject even though it was supposedly promised by the JOBS Act in 2012.
I ask of you that you meet with your fellow Congressmen and vote on finalizing Title III rules so that I know how to deal with my potential investors who may not be accredited!
