Dear Ms. Mary Jo White,
My name is Brian and I am the Founder of VUE, an analytics platform for mobile applications. I have been hearing about equity crowdfunding for months but would like to know more information about whether non-accredited investors can participate in this type of funding! I would like to ask my friends and family to help me fund my business but there have not been any published rules by the SEC about the legalities of this. These rules were promised by the JOBS Act in 2012. I founded my company with the intent of expand and providing jobs to hard workers in my community. Given this opportunity for funding, I would hire at least 5 more people and subsidize their living so that they can work hard!
Please make a vote on finalizing the Title III rules so that I may have accurate information about how to proceed with those in my network that are interested in promoting my business!
