Dear Ms. Mary Jo White, I am Arya Bina and I am the Founder and CEO of Cheap Travel Hunter which is a platform that provides the best deals on hotels, car rentals, air tickets, and vacation packages at the best hotels in UK, Europe, & Worldwide. My company is always looking for more opportunity for growth. We have been interested in equity crowd funding! We noticed that Congress passed the JOBS Act back in 2012 but there haven’t been any clear rules published that explain Title III, which details equity crowd funding for non-accredited investors. Title III would help our company expand and get support from our early adopters who have been pushing for so long! We want to be able to reward them as a company. More importantly, we want to give more jobs to our community. My goal is to hire at least 2 more people within the next 12 months to help scale the mission. Then we also want to create a student program that teaches how to be a travel guide! Knowledge is power in today’s age! I am writing this so that you would schedule a vote that would not only end this market confusion but also finalize Title III so that companies like ours can push entrepreneurship to the next level!
