Dear Ms. Mary Jo White,
I am interested in becoming an investor in equity crowdfunding and would like to urge you and your colleagues in Congress and the SEC to support the proposed Title III rules, under the JOBS Act. I believe that these new rules would allow us Americans the freedom to support startup companies I care about! I am very interested in social media platforms, design firms, and hardware startup! Due to the incomplete information presented by the SEC back in 2012, I have been unable to find complete rules for Title III. Title III would help our nation’s economic status and even provide a huge job stimulus since startups can hire with more capital raised!
I urge you to make a decision and vote on Title III rules so that I, and other interested investors, can have clear rules about equity crowdfunding.
