Dear Ms. Mary Jo White, My name is Steve and I’m a big proponent of equity crowd funding! I had heard about it back in 2012 when both Houses of Congress approved the JOBS Act however I cannot find any official guidelines or rules about Title III, which was mentioned in the bill. I am interested in the idea of funding startups even though I am not an accredited investor and I would like the opportunity to make the dreams of others a reality with my dollars! I urge you, Ms. White, to meet with your team of colleagues and push a vote on Title III so that the rules can be finalized and the SEC can release information! I want to thank you for what you have done already to promote this cause and I just hope that Congress can make a decision so that I can invest in innovative companies! Best, Steve O'Dell
