Dear Ms. Mary Jo White, My name is Sam and I am writing you today in support of the new Title III rules being proposed to Congress and the SEC, which would allow for non-accredited investors like myself to participate in equity crowdfunding. I would be interested in doing so as I am a software developer and believe that the best investors are those that believe in the vision. I would like to invest in clean tech and music startups! Please schedule a vote and put the proposed Title III rules into effect, as I would like to get involved with ECF campaigns. As I understand, this has been in the question for quite some time.
