My name is Dan. I am writing to you and the SEC to voice my support of the proposed Title III rules under the JOBS Act. I would like to participate as an investor in equity crowdfunding. I am a technology entrepreneur and software developer myself and would very much love the ability to support my peers, while potentially gaining income in the process.
The industries I am interested in investing include cryptocurrency, travel, and health and wellness companies.
I urge you to make a decision on the proposed Title III rules as proposed by the JOBS Act so that I can invest in a portfolio.
