Dear Ms. Mary Jo White, I am Jimmy and I enjoy helping kids get into STEM: Science Technology, Engineer & Math. My startup company is called Hackers Under 20 and we educate and form clubs at schools nationwide. We have been following the progress of Title III under the JOBS Act and noticed that there have been no finalization nor formalization of rules for Title III equity crowd funding. We are interested in approaching investors that may not be accredited and we do not know how to handle this because the SEC has not released any guidelines about this since the JOBS Act passed through Congress in April 2015. Title III will allow my company to raise funding from our highly-engaged community and we will be able to hire students at hundreds of schools in order to scale our implementation of STEM curriculum. We plan to hire at least 2 more developers to continue building what we have started. Title III would open all of these doors. I sincerely request that you schedule a vote on Title III so that the rules can be clear and the SEC can have clear guidelines Thank you so much for your time and consideration of my request! Sincerely, Jimmy Liu Hacker's Under 20 Founder
