Dear Ms. Mary Jo White, My name is Ian and I’m writing you in order to voice my support for the proposed Title III rules, under the JOBS Act. As a young entrepreneur, I want to support others in pursuit of their dreams. Title III opens new horizons to entrepreneurs looking to raise capital! I would like to invest in companies involved in social media, sports, and entertainment. I noticed that there has not been any published rules about Title III since Congress passed the JOBS Act back in 2012.
